OA Founder acknowledged for local Entrepreneurship contributions

Narciso Albarracin, MS CSM - Director of Innovation, was recognized for ONTOADAPTIVE (OA) contributions to Chicago’s local entrepreneurship ecosystem.  Deputy Governor Munger from State of Illinois and UIC Chancellor Amirdis presented the award at the UIC Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies (IES) during National Small Business Week kickoff.

Since 2013, OA has mentored several start up teams for IES programs such as UIC Startup Challenge.  In addition, OA has been instrumental in expanding UIC College of Business (COB) Capstone level courses to include experiential learning via real world Digital Health use cases immersion.

Narciso is greatly influenced by father Narciso S. Albarracin, Jr. MD FCAP, an OA advisor, lifelong mentor, and pathologist.  OA values the mantra “to learn is to teach, and to teach is to learn” and brings that cultural mindset when partnering with clients.
